PHR assures the mitigation of cyber-security and data protection. Compliance with all mandated Federal DOT PHSMA GPS/ELD requirements is observed all materials are secured in transit. PHR campuses and facilities are equipped with DoD spec Fencing, 24/7 video/audio surveillance, multi layered card-controlled access, alarms (theft/fire/water), and motion detectors at all access points to ensure security upon arrival. Data destruction methods are employed that verifiably meet stringent NIST SP 800-88 and DoD 5220.22-m Standards. NSA approved equipment is used to ensure the highest level of security in the destruction of solid-state devices. Reporting and accountability requirements are fulfilled through use of an ERP system used to collect, organize, and maintain data facilitating full chain of custody reporting capabilities.
