Data Destruction
Data breaches and cyber security threats are abundant today, opening organizations of all kinds to lawsuits and reputational scars. A number of laws, such as HIPPA, Sarbanes Oxley, FACTA, Gramm Leach Bliley and FERPA have been established with provisions requiring the protection of data across healthcare, BFSI, education and government sectors. The examples identified are just a handful as virtually every industry is likely subject to sector-specific legislation. PHR has achieved the highest levels of certification in our industry, clearly demonstrating that clients throughout all industries and government sectors can depend on PHR to protect their brand, reputation and sensitive data in ensuring the security and appropriate destruction of sensitive data.
